WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?

We are located in South Alabama, and serve customers throughout the Eastern Shore and Mobile areas.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a full range of balloon designs from single helium balloon bouquets to 35-foot balloon arches and everything in between. We also offer prop rentals including marquee numbers, backdrops and other types of decor to further enhance your event. Need help pulling it all together? We can also suggest other party vendors or service providers in our area to round out your event needs!

In addition to providing colorful balloons we also own and manage Pop and Pour, located in the heart of downtown Daphne, and Alabama Sleepy Teepee. We are available for all your celebration needs. 

HOW LONG WILL MY BALLOONS LAST?

This depends on the style you select and the environment, but generally:

INDOOR BALLOONS:

  • Helium latex balloons: (2-3 days)

  • Helium jumbo latex balloons: (5-7 days)

  • Helium foil balloons: (5-7 days)

  • Garlands, mosaic shapes, columns, arches, walls etc. can last up to several weeks indoors.

OUTDOOR BALLOONS:

  • We cannot answer this question with 100% certainty. Although we decorate exterior locations without incident we cannot control what happens when balloons are left outside. High winds, extreme heat, humidity and rain all affect balloon decor left outside. We DO NOT offer replacements or refunds on decor placed outside.

WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY? 

For Custom Installation Orders: 
If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least one week prior to your event and we will apply your deposit to a future booking. Cancellations less than one week from your event are no longer eligible to rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable.

Grab & Go Orders: 
If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least one week prior to your pickup date.

HOW LONG DOES INSTALLATION USUALLY TAKE?

The time it takes to install balloon décor varies and is based on the scale of the design. All inflating is done ahead of time so that we can try to keep it to under an hour whenever possible.

HOW LONG IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK?

Our custom creations take time to design and execute, so the sooner you book the better! We strongly suggest booking at least two weeks in advance to secure your date on the calendar and ensure we have the materials your vision requires. If you have an event date and venue but are not exactly sure what type of balloon décor you would like, you can reserve your date with a $200 deposit. Then we can sort out the details later!
